Compensation & Benefits

Base Bill Rate: $103.00/hr
California Minimum Wage: $23.00/hr (Health Care Facility Employers)
Overtime Pay:

8-hour shifts: OT billed after 40 total hours/week at 1.3x
10-hour shifts: OT billed after 40 total hours/week at 1.3x
12-hour shifts: OT billed after 48 total hours/week at 1.3x

Double Time Pay: After 12 total hours/day at 1.7x
On-Call Rate: $8.00/hr
Call Back Pay: 1% of base rate
Holiday Pay: 1.5x standard rate
Observed Holidays:

New Year's Day (11:00 PM day before – 11:30 PM day of)
Labor Day (11:00 PM day before – 11:30 PM day of)
Independence Day (11:00 PM day before – 11:30 PM day of)
Memorial Day (11:00 PM day before – 11:30 PM day of)
Thanksgiving (11:00 PM day before – 11:30 PM day of)
Christmas (11:00 PM day before – 11:30 PM day of)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab will provide expert patient care in cardiac procedures and interventions, ensuring safe recovery and optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule: 3x12-Hour (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Key Requirements

Minimum Experience:

2 years of Cath Lab experience required
1+ year of ICU, ER, or PACU experience preferred

Certifications:

AHA BLS
AHA ACLS

Licensing:

Active CA RN License required

Skills Required:

Recovery of cardiac caths, PCIs, PFO, CTOs, and EP procedures
Management of pacemakers, BiV, AICD, and Cryo procedures

References:

2 Clinical References (1 must be from leadership within the last year)

Cerner EMR Experience: Preferred

Health & Safety Guidelines

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
Flu Vaccine: Required (no exemptions allowed)
