In this new role as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Clovis Community, you’ll use the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a dynamic Short Stay Surgery team specializing in pre- and post-procedural care. As a member of a fast-paced department caring for patients from mid to low acuity, you’ll help oversee operations that contribute to over 26,000 surgical cases per year across the system. Your role will be key in maintaining efficient patient flow, enhancing outcomes, and delivering compassionate, coordinated care.

As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts. 

• RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required 

• BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required 

• Certifications as required for the unit
