We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Floor Nurse to join a Cosmetic Dermatology Office in West Hollywood, CA!

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm, working 1 Saturday per month

The Clinical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) is the primary floor lead responsible for directing day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient flow, and assisting the Dr. in delivering high-quality care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, fast-paced coordination, and a leadership mindset to maintain efficiency and excellence throughout the patient experience. This position works closely with the Dr. and the clinical team to:

• Oversee the clinical floor and lead real-time patient flow and schedule pacing
• Serve as the primary liaison for communicating and adjusting Dr.'s schedule throughout the day
• Coordinate with Medical Assistants to ensure room turnover, readiness, and adherence to care standards
• Personally assist Dr. with treatments and support the delivery of exceptional clinical care
• Identify workflow gaps and make operational adjustments on the spot to avoid delays or inefficiencies

Requirements:

• Active RN license in CA
• Highly prefer someone who comes from a background in aesthetics, cosmetology, med spa, or burn unit
• Proficient in IV administration, medication handling, wound care, and EMR documentation.
• Experience performing RN-scoped tasks including IVs, blood draws, wound care, pre/post-op support, and medication administration.
