Schedule: 4×10‑hour day shifts per week (40 hours)

About the Role

Health Staff Group is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN to join a busy surgical team in Lancaster, CA. This is a great opportunity for a travel RN to work in a supportive environment while maximizing take-home pay through tax-free stipends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care for cardiovascular surgeries
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety in the OR
• Complete documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
• At least 1 year of travel RN experience preferred
• Current RN license (California preferred or compact state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Pay Package

• Taxable Base Pay: $35/hr × 40 hrs/week = $1,400/week
• Housing Stipend (Tax-Free): $1,337/week
• Meals & Incidentals (Tax-Free): $602/week
• Total Weekly Compensation: $3,339/week (~$83.48/hr blended)
